AGCO, a global leader in agricultural machinery and precision technology, wanted to
launch a new EVP that was flexible, inspiring, and more authentic. Moving away from corporate guidelines, the goal was to create an open, honest connection with employees worldwide, while considering AGCO’s diverse sub-brands and global reach.

The solution
“Where Extraordinary Grows”
became a recognizable employee brand that fostered two-way dialogue, putting growth, movement, and innovation at the forefront. The campaign was designed to resonate globally, while adapting to local cultures, allowing AGCO to connect authentically with their people at every level.
