The challenge
FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ marked an exciting milestone as the largest and most sustained volunteer engagement in Qatar’s history. It was a chance to build something truly special that would leave a lasting legacy. The challenge was finding a way to seamlessly bring together the event’s bold and unique visual identity with the equally vibrant and important branding
of the volunteers.
The solution
To tackle this, a dedicated hub was created, filled with everything volunteers needed:
helpful tournament details, inspiring volunteer stories, and practical training tutorials.
Volunteer centers were carefully designed and branded to create welcoming, exciting spaces for recruitment and training. These centers became much more than just functional areas,
they were places where volunteers could relax, recharge between shifts, and connect with one another, helping them feel truly part of a larger, supportive community. This thoughtful solution brought the two powerful identities together, creating an experience that was both engaging and meaningful for everyone involved.
