The challenge
Green Flag, the much-loved roadside assistance and recovery service,
was experiencing an exciting period of change. With new hiring opportunities
on the horizon, the challenge was to create a buzz around the brand that would attract the right talent, while maintaining the warmth and familiarity that made
Green Flag special.
The solution
A film and social content strategy was developed to showcase the brand’s
friendly and playful spirit. The approach centred around an interview between two Green Flag employees, who answered a mix of surprise, light hearted and fundamental questions pulled from a pile of cards. The natural, flowing conversation felt more like friends chatting, rather than a typical corporate talking heads film.
The result was engaging, authentic content that beautifully reflected Green Flag’s inviting, down-to-earth culture and highlighted the benefits of joining their team.
